Lookup the ecu your sr came with and find the pin for the boost control solenoid.
I dont want to give misinformation, so as far as to which wire goes to the ecu pin and which wire goes to +12v or ground i dont know. Id think red would go to ecu power wire and brown would go to the ecu signal wire. But again, i dont know for sure. You could look through the fsm wiring diagrams and see how its wired
You dont need to hook up the additional MAP sensor, you have a spare now.
