I am a wheel fitment noob

I am looking at a set of 17x8.5 +12 F 17x9.5 +13 R for my s13 hatch. +20mm F fenders. Stock r fenders. Ideally i want to run a 275 or 265 tire in the rear. Would a 275/35 fit? Id run whatever tire would fit w/o mods in F. What mods would i need to do to fit?
