Not with stock injectors. 370cc injectors hit 95% duty cycle at 240hp @ 15psi @ 43.5psi base pressure. He would need at least some 450cc injectors and possibly more. You need 550cc injectors to fully take advantage of an S14/15 T28. 450's max out at ~275hp @ 15psi and 43.5 base pressure. I would never run my injectors over 90% duty cycle.
