Im running 18x9.5 +22, no spacer, 255/40 tire with just a roll. I could probably get a 5mm slip on in there, but Im not looking for a super aggressive setup.

Would you happen to have any pics?? I'm looking at running 225/40 up front and 245/40 out back...I wouldn't object to different sizes or running 225 all around so that I can rotate them if need be.

When analyzing this one also needs to consider the amount of camber. I am running a 17X9 +35 offset with 3 degrees of camber and I had to roll the inner lip (till it was flush with the inside of the fender) otherwise I rubbed. But this is on a s13. Nevertheless a person should consider the camber that they want when calculating the clearance.

excellent point i forgot to mention. I would be fine running ~2-3 deg neg camber out back...preferrebly as close to factory as i can up front
