if you're really trying to have the car be functional and not just look the part, i'd suggest running 17x9.5 +12's all around with some sticky 235 or 245/40's. keep it simple.

Gotcha. The car will hopefully be making 400-450hp when it's all said and done, so I'm trying to make sure I can have a reliable and functional set up if I decide to have some fun from time to time. Originally I was thinking I could roll 18s, because I have 17s on another car and felt they were too small. But thinking about it from a functional point of view like I mentioned 17s would probably make a lot more sense.
