is there a difference between s13 manual transmission harnesses?

I bought this wiring specialties lower harness a while back that I finally am getting put on at a shop and the guy working on it contacted me telling me that there are 3 connectors that are different on the WS harness compared to my OEM one:

1. Speed Sensor
2. Reverse switch
3. Fuse box


my car is a 89-90 that is now running a DE (not that it should matter) and is a factory manual chassis.

I bought the harness because my reverse lights randomly went dead one day and even after replacing the reverse switch still dont work. Theres still no voltage going to the light sockets. That and my speedo started acting up as well.
