12k and it's automatic with a stock KA. Not really realistic. It's basically a clean looking 90s car that's slow and most people buy these cars to throw around with a manual. For 12k you can buy a clean swapped RB25/SR20/RB20/LS/etc 240sx with a manual gearbox, which actually sells for that price, and in a lot of cases, with a few grand left over. If you want to sell it to collectors, sure by all means but don't be surprised if it sits for months/years.
