17x7 +35 is too close to call to clear z32 caliper on the s13. I would recommend the 17x8 +25 to clear the z32 calipers but the 17x8 +25 4x114 is not on clearance so we can't offer the advertised price. However, 17x8 +25 5x114 is available at advertised price, so how about doing a 5 lug conversion
