Peglio, I think the problem is keeping piston speeds in check. Trying to find some sources but I believe it is best to stay under 5000 feet per minute mean piston speed for reliability, all production cars and even F1 cars (ones I could find on google anyway) are not over 5000fpm by much. With your 91mm stroker that would be around 8.5k, that isn't to say it wont rev higher with out insta-exploding or making more power, but theoretically keeping it under 8.5k rpm is best for keeping it all together long term.

Whereabouts are you based? I have a P11 head and the same turbo, am looking at bottom end options, so very interested in hearing your results with that setup. Would love to have a chat about who did your sleeving etc. and ideally have a poke around the car at some point too if you were ok with that.
