+35 will fit in the rear, but might hit the coil overs in the front.

+35 is also a pretty weak offset. especially in the front. and the 215 would look terrible all sunken.

you can fit +22 and decent tires all around, but at a higher ride height. so +35 might be better for you if you're really low.

I personally would run the +22 with 235/40 or 245/40 all around and raise the car up a bit. Or do +22 in the front with 235 and +35 in the rear with 245/255.
