Bump, with a little info from Rays on the TE37RT for anyone who is curious about these discontinued model wheels. Again, these are brand new in box and includes everything it originally came with.

"The TE37RT is 5% stronger than traditional TE37 wheels and features an anti slip knurling to keep tires secure. Each wheel includes a valve stem and pictured spoke and barrel stickers."
