So I would run at least a 235. But a 245 or 255 would be better. And at least a 10mm spacer.
If you want poke, you'd need a stretched tire like a 205 or 215 and large spacer, like 20+mm.

3mm spacers all around just to clear the coils? If I were to run 245, it would be what.. 245/40/R18? I apologize I’m new to this and I’m trying to learn.
