1993 Nissan 300zx Convertible Chevy 6.0 V8 5spd

This is a gauging interest thread. I don't need the money, and I love this car, but I have a possible investment that interests me. With that being said, don't waste your time low balling me, or asking for trades, because I won't respond. NO TRADES. Now, onto the car. It's a 1993 Nissan 300zx Convertible that started its life as an NA automatic. This car was built by Stephen Dorrick and LOJ Innovations. He even drove the car out to me a couple years ago from New Jersey. I've made a few changes since then, such as a superior V mount radiator and upgraded electric fans, AC delete, new heavy duty clutch, brand new powertrix suspension, and new wheels. Specs on the car:
1993 Triple Black Vert
Auto->Manual Conversion
92,842 miles on the chassis.
LOJ Swap Kit
2002 6.0L LQ9 with 90k miles
2004 LS6 Cam and Springs
LS2 Intake w/ 92mm Edelbrock Throttle Body, Drive by Cable
Stock Trailblazer Exhaust manifolds
Custom 2.5" exhaust connection pipes with Magnaflow Cats
AMS 2.5" Cat-Back
Almost new (less than 1k miles) Southbend clutch rated for 715lb ft tq. Plan was to throw a turbo or blower on it.
R33 GTR Front Brembos
18" Roja by rays wheel. 18x10 rears, 18x8.5 fronts (needs rear tires badly)
Adjustable powertrix coilovers, rear toe rods, traction rods, and upper control arms, front tension rods. All have less than 2k miles on them.
350Z 3.35:1 VLSD Rear Diff, 90-96 Q45 Axles/Hubs
1-Piece Steel Driveshaft
Bluetooth hands free Alpine receiver

I'm prob missing some stuff. No ac, but it uses Z accessories, so it would be easy enough to add if you wanted to. The body isn't perfect. Decent amount of little dings and dents, but it's rust free and a driver for sure. Could use a new top at some point as well. Occasional belt squeak due to the tensioner being a turnbuckle. It could really use a solid tensioner (was gonna be my next purchase). It does have a draw on the battery that I haven't hunted down, so if it sits for more than a few days it needs a jump. Quick disconnect on the battery is also a simple fix. Any other questions hit me up. Price is $10,000. The car is located in Allen Park, MI. It's only 15 minutes from Detroit Metro Airport. Feel free to text me at 313-529-6412 or message me on here. Thanks,

- Tim
