1.5k for rent in a decent area doesnt sound too far off from what rent goes for around here.
Life is still good here, not pretty with nice beaches, hot girls everywhere and good weather year round, but good. Real state is still pretty affordable. Plenty of jobs for hard workers.
Just please leave calis politics behind in cali, please.
