any idea on roughly how much the salvage yards over there buys these things for?

let's just say a $1000 since someone up top said that....$1000 + $5000 to ship it (i'm totally pulling that figure out my ass) = $6000 stateside; sell for $7000?

i mean obviously that's what import shops here are doing, but i'm trying to think about it from the perspective of how we could save these things since they're so costly to own in japan.

i guess it also depends on what kinda profit margins these import shops are working with and if there's as much demand for these silvias here.
