Not really. I honestly think the jury did not want to be a part of this case forever and they all took the easy way out and came up with a fast verdict. "Well both sides have inconsistencies, lets just slam her with the lying to officer because that's easy and lets all go back to our normal lives." They all came from a neighboring county and probably haven't been home in a while or have to travel 3 hours one way every day. No one seems to realize the jury are human beings.
Anyone with half a brain can see Casey clearly was involved in the death of her child. She was raised to lie, and she lied to the state of Florida... and they believed it.
