0-15 mph: wheels turn opposite to fronts, aiding turning circle
15-55 mph: hicas does nothing
55+ mph: wheels turn with fronts, for stable highway lane changing
atleast thats what i think happens
on the highway hicas is amazing. u need very little input to the steering wheel to drive through a long sweeping bend. and it almost feels like the car rolls less. might not be true but it feels like its more planted. i enjoy it.
