If they do it is a very minimal to non-existent.
I did a paper on voter fraud in college back in '09. The total voter fraud percentage was about %4-%6. I was not "illegals" voting it was family members voting for another family member or someone voting multiple times.
I cannot remember all the facts off the top of my head but IIRC there was no more than 60 cases of voter fraud in California in the '08 election.
