Any decent lock smith will be able to do this pretty quickly. Re-pinning isn't a hard job, but it's one of those jobs where experience pays off, and you don't really want to screw around with your locks on cars that actually get driven. They shouldn't charge you too much for a simple job, especially if you do the hard work of taking out the locks for them.
