Trump has fought every single one of CDC's suggestions (masks, tests, distancing, etc). Now with Pence's anti-science ass and Alex Azar (former big pharma lobbyist - no conflict of interest there!) running the Covid response team, good fuckin' luck! If the Trump administration had actually replaced the two heads of pandemic response after their departure in 2018, maybe we wouldn't be struggling so much with this shit.
