Im going to go ahead and not get into this problem with you on a public web forum as... 1) this is NOT the topic to do it in and 2) your response above is being made over circumstances and details that you are purposely leaving out.
We will continue this conversation via DM on IG and via email when I have time to properly tackle said issue.
