In person, it looks like a wooden wheel that's been sprayed with a black tinted clear coat. Looks kind of maroon in the pics but it's not. If you're interested I can take a pic in the daylight, that might show it a little better. Below is a pic of it in my s14, really old pic so the quality is shit sorry.
