Swap everything from the old motor to the new one you are putting in. Pull the s14 ka and swap the whole manifold set up and egr pipe and exhaust. You already know you need the distributor. Use the valve cover that's already on the motor since s13,s14 are different. You don't need to touch the TB because your swapping manifolds and it's connected to it. All you need to do is make sure timing is on when you install the distributor. It's simple, the s13 and 14 are the same motor at the core (head & block) all you're doing is swapping.

I can tell you're not familiar with working on cars.. If you don't know how to set timing please learn, it's very important. Search. Everything you're unfamiliar about is easily identifiable. It's called distributor timing. YouTube it if anything.
