Make sure you use regular oil(no synthetic) right after you change the bearings too, to allow them to set in right. Then when you go to change the oil for the first time after the new bearings, only go with a synthetic blend like castrol gtx high mileage. If you go with a full synthetic, the oil pressure will go down and ruin your turbo.
