Different states, different laws. My apartment is one of the few places (2-3) that legally allows you to have pitbulls since they're insured for it. But I pay an extra $50 a month on my rent plus the $200 pet deposit when I moved in. Other places,people had to convince their housing agent that their dog is a dalmatian and show them paperwork that may or may not have been altered to say the dog's a dalmatian mix.
