okay, first about the headers.....no, it does not replace the cat.....the s14's have 2 cats, and i believe it does replace the first cat (I've heard it's a fake cat), and the s13, there's only 1 cat...and it doesn't replace it...it goes from the exhaust ports down to the cat. I suppose if you want to take the cat off, you could do it while you're installing this...as you'll have the car up anyways....although, if you have to pass emissions anytime soon...wouldn't suggest it.
as for the intakes...this is not a special deal or promotion...he sells them to me at this price indefinately. there's no hurry....
as for the parts......this is then intake/filter, and the Cold air extension piece....not short ram(do they even have one for our car?)
