waste_of_space is an unknown quantity at this point
Your motor set should come with ignitor/electronics and what not already.
I'd say stay away from a knock off rad, as people tend to have cooling problems with lower quality radiators. Also you'll need a front sump oil pan setup, and sway bar spacers, and if you get a jdm engine (like an aristo 2jz) you'll need to swap the stock hydrofan water pump setup for a mechanical water pump (such as the na supra mkiv pump). And as others have stated get belts/other oem parts from the Toyota dealer to save yourself some money.
Clutch line go to oreilly's and have them make you one after you take measurements. If you're not going to run ac you'll need to get an audi serp belt (a4, iirc). You dont really need to get a full gasket set, just get the usual (cam/crank seals, front/rear mains, and valve cover gaskets)
