Just remove the OEM plastic speaker adapter from the door and trace its footprint onto some 1/4" material... preferably birch plywood, but anything dense will do. Cut a hole in it for a 6.5" speaker and call it a day.
The real question is why you would need one for an S14 considering it comes with 6.5's in the doors already!?!
