everyone who was a former smoker and said that when you're mentally ready to quit then it will be so much easier for you, is absolutely correct.

after all those short lived attempts at quitting and failing miserably, I knew that i would never touch a cigarette again the moment i felt mentally ready and it worked.



oh and not all the time do people end up eating a lot after quitting smoking. I guess that does happen for some people, but in my case, i ended up taking up working out instead


it's a great hobby that keeps you not only in shape, but also feeling so damn great every time.
