other than that you can try porting the wg door hole a little bit and like you said pre-loading your adjustable wg.

Yeah HKS evc V. like I said It's not having problems untill I try and set it in the 18-20psi range which was making me think that the internal wastegate was the problem. I may try preloading the wastegate actuator a little more and see what it does.
