hi my car is jdm s13.
i swapped CA18DET to SR20DET

i got sr20det with gtr fuel pump,fmic,head gasket,pully,down pipe,
aftermarket exaust,flywheel,tuned ecu

how many boost can use it?
i didn't change injecter yet.
can i use 14 psi? is it safe?

i will get exaust manifold,s14 28 turbine soon
after i get those thing. also what is safety boost?

i don't want to do rebulit engine..

i think 15psi is the limit on the stock turbo

t-25 is good for 14 psi then its out of its effciency range.
A s14 t28 is also good for about 14 psi and 280rwhp depending.

I run 13 psi and when i install my s15 turbo and 555 injectors ill boost 18 psi

You're going to want to upgrade the fuel injectors & mass air sensor, as you may be maxxing them out with a T28 (S14)...being that it has a headgasket & tuned ECU as well as a GTR pump is good for the raised level of boost, however keep in mind that the stock turbine is pretty much past its efficiency range at 15 PSI. The GTR pump also doesn't flow as much as you may think...I can't remember, but I think it was around 230Lph. As far as a "tuned" ecu goes, again, you may be too lean at higher boost levels, especially when you upgrade to the S14 turbo. You have no idea what it may be setup for...I'd keep the boost levels around 10-12 PSI until you have better way of monitoring & delivering more fuel...My 2 cents.
