A small hole in the rim doesnt reduce as much weight as a wheel stud and lug nut.

Lug nut and stud = Steel

Steel weighs more than Aluminium. So, the Stud and Nut will weigh more than the aluminum it replaces.

yeah 5 lug swap for a s13 is kinda expensive, especially when there is nice 4 lug options such as the grenades or 5 zigens out in 17x9 plus 15 and plus 20 respectivly.
s14 isnt so bad, but stull 200$ is 200$.

Wow is this a dumb thread. I don't think the weight savings in enough to consider it weight saving. It would be less then say taking your spare tire out of the trunk...It hardly makes a difference to speak of.
