my question is what should my settings be so i can slide my rear smoothly but drive on the freeways relax fully. i also want to save my tires as much as possible with camber.
right now with these settings i grip a hell of a lot on corners, but on freeways i feel like one slight movement of the steering wheel and i will move to the other lane or hit a wall really fast.

i have 17x7(215/45/17) front and 17x8(235/45/17) rear
i am lowered on ground control coilovers with kyb gr2 struts i am pretty low, with the 45 series tire i am about and inch or two lower than the top of the tires.

i have upper control arms for the rear, camber plates for the front, rear tie bar, c-pillar bar. everything else is stock.

right now my allignment is at:
left / right
front:
camber -1.1 / -1.1
caster 5.9 / 8.6
toe 0.00 / 0.00
SAI 12.2 / 14.8
included angle 11.1 / 13.7

rear:
camber -1.8 / -1.9
toe -0.31 / -0.25

cross camber 0.0
total toe -0.57
thrust angle -0.06

Well, more caster will make your car more stable at higher speeds (aka harder to turn the wheel) and will give you more camber while cornering. So thats probably what youre looking for...

fix your caster and give it more neg camber up front. -1.8
i'm runing -2.4 up front with 6.5 caster :)

if you want a confortable ride (on the freeway), then you need adjustable damping.

my settings are
front
toe: 0
camber: -2.6*
caster: unknown

rear
toe: -1/16"
camber: -1.4*
shorter than stock traction links

The car is very predicatable when sliding but grips well it has great balance. Best part is the car is very stable at freeway speeds might be your ride hieght without tie rod ends with adjustable bump steer spacers. Mine was a beast on the freeway before the alignment and tie rod ends + a corner balance. Now perfectly behaved at high speeds.
