Automatic Seat belt Issue

I believe it's the under dash harness but I'm not sure. Whenever I drive the passenger side seat belt shoots forward. At first the door sensor wouldn't go dim all the way but now that goes out when the door shuts. Whenever I start driving the seat belt randomly shoots forward and then it stays forward until you pop and close the door again but then it just does it again a few minutes later. It flashes the seat belt light too. Does anyone else have this problem and how much work is it to fix? Should I just ditch the auto seatbelts and put in harnesses? But then I don't know if the harness is that messed up that I need to fix it. thanks in advance.

Check the harness behind the rear pillar, and in the door jam. Sounds like it thinks the door is open. If your harness is loose then it should go twards the open position. Might just need to be retightened. But hey if you have the chance to swap out for manuals, then I say go for it.
