Ok so I got some S14 seats and was going to put them in, however when I got to the driver side seat the bolt that holds the rear down on the side closest to the door...the bolt is stripped.
What can I do to get that bolt out and find a way to make to where I can install another one so that it is safe?

Put a flat head screwdriver under the head of the bolt use it for leverage to push the bolt out as you use your socket wrench to back it out. After you get it out just go get a tap and a bolt that matches it tap it and put in your new bolt

weld a socket to the bolt. Or try JB weld (I doubt it's strong enough with jb weld) but you can Try.
