Need Help

A friend of mine has a 95 240sx 5 speed  its show in a error code 103 i tried to look it up on the web but i come up with a Neutral safety switch being bad
can any one look this up and tell me if this is correct and if it is where is the switch.

They have a list of ECU codes.

well i went there and thats were i found out what it means but this car is a 5 speed and i thought that only auto's have this type of switch.
