Nasty Rattle at about 2500-3500 Rpm, only cruise. ka24de

it started like 2 days ago, it sounds like something is inside the head shaking like the ball in a rattle can. It only sounds at about 2500-3500 when cruising, WOT no noise at all? fuckin wierd. :wtf: . When i built the stupid motor i took all the Defective timing guides out, and left the main one. U think maybe it could be that? any other similar rattles/ symptons let me know cuz im take the covers off in a few hours. It sounds just like when the stupid tensioner breaks and the chain rattling? i ono tho.. Help please!

hows your oil pressure/level? which timing chain guides did you remove? pop the valve cover and take a peak =]

i looked, i only have the tensioner, not guides. I think my tensioner is broke, BUT i did find 2 lose bolts floating around my head, near the front of the head behind the main pulley? coulda been them? imma change the stupid tensioner since i took off the front cover already, and i got a new one for free... any other possiblities? shoot before i seal it all up!
