Most everything instock and ships same day +1

I have ordered a bunch of parts mutipul times from them. Always ships the same day when instock. Everything but one part was instock. But that is a knowen special order item and there is now way I could expect them to have it instock. It's still nice to have a store that has inventory instead of drop shipping everything.

We feel that a review should be done by the poster for excellent service or sub-par performance. Not for a chance to be thanked or for the company to give an explaination. I can't believe I haven't posted reviews about Drift Factory all this time. My first order with them was my Kei Office coilovers for my S14 back in October 2004. Ever since then, I've ordered few more items from them and I've been very happy every time. They are great people to deal with, with excellent customer service! Although they are about 5-6 hours away from where I live, they are such great people that I drove 335 miles to pay them a visit and meet them... they rock!

big ups for drift factory!! first time ordering from them about a week or 2 ago. i ordered the stainless steel clutch like AT/MT and it arrived very fast! wont be the last i order from them

wurd! i got nothing bad to say about them!

have orderd 2 aero kits from them, they overnigh them, fast everything.

only thing is, sometimes there online checkout (shopping cart) when you finialize your order will go to an error screen, but it still goes through the same and you get a confirmation email. so its all good

Ordered an agemaki knot fusa, and auto to manual line. paid $17 for shipping, never received my line. address on the shipped box is different that the address on my invoice, and both are different than the address listed on the website. no one is picking up the phone at drift factory to resolve this issue either. beat. im pissed off, needless to say.
