View Full Version : Why do 95' KA's have different clutches?

I've seen countless of times of DOHC clutches be listed for 91-94 and 96-98. Skipping right over the 95s.

I was just wondering if its a typo or if there really is a difference.

The reason I ask is because I have a 95 tranny that going to use soon on a 97 block. I figured it may have something to do with that.

Thanks

I suspect typo, sometimes idiot companies list s14 as '94-98 or something.

when i bought my clutch, SPL listed an RPS clutch for s13 and one for s14, no '95-specific one

probably stupid mistake by website

Theres a difference in the throwout bearing. Thats the difference, its not the clutch itself.
