I BOUGHT MYSELF SOME GAUGES FOR THE CAR
FROM AUTO METER
NOW I NEED TO WIRE THE GAUGE TO WATER TEMP SENSOR ITS ELECTRICAL
WHERE THE HELL IS IT IN THE ENGINE

I HAVE A 91 KA24DE
CAN ANYONE POST SOME PICTURES FOR ME AND SHOW ME WHERE IT IS!!! IM GOING BANANAS. :duh:

well I dont think you can use the engine ones, I am pretty sure you have to make a spot that is why lots of people drill out the coolant bleed screw and fit the sensor in there. B-A-N-A-N-A-S BANANAS.

hahahaha. u dont wire it to a stock sensor. lol that would be so fuckin dumb. use the radiator hose and an adapter and tap it

if your gauge is elecitrical you need to ground the adapter.

dude the reason u get aftermarket water temp gauge with a sensor is so u can get a more accurate reading from the gauge and new sensor.... so if from what i understand, u connected ur gauge to stock sensor your defeating the purpose of upgrade. but maybe its just the communication difficulties.


thats why i said u should plug it in the adapter into upper rad hose
