Konig Flatlines

I have found a set of 17X7 Konig Flatlines for sale and was wondering if they will be a direct bolt on to my 97 240sx?  They are five lug of course and have 40mm of offset. The bolt pattern is 5 on 114.3 (4.5in.). any response quick will be appreciated. Thanx

they'll fit just peachy... the offset is fine as well, not sure if they will flush up perfect, but that is definantly in the safe range.... if the price is right,, get'm <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
