Communicated with me well too. But, they sold me bent wheels. The old balancing strips (weights) were still on them so I assume they never even checked them to see if they were true. One of them was visably seriously curbed. Needless to say; I ain't too happy. Then again that is what buying used wheels is all about...

Whats the story with the R34 at their location? I happened to see the car in the background in a ebay auction they were having for a Kouki rear bumper up for bid.

Did not communicate with me. :spank: I was going to buy some s15 seats(they had multiple sets) so I was going to pick them up. I paid through paypal and changed my mind on the seats later. E-mailed them many times.. won't refund, no answer. They were communicating with me answering my inquiry on the seats, until the point that I ask for a refund. They totally ignored my e-mails from there. so I filed a claim with paypal and got my money back that way. It's shady to do business like that. It's not wrong to ask for a refund for something a custom never picked up.

No problems here with them. Of course I deal with them in person. You should probably read there sale policies on the web site about returns or refunds. Some business's including Nissan and Nismo parts do not give refunds on Performance items. Its possible you ran up against a clause of theirs that you may have missed out on. I do not know about RB motorings policies in this area, though like I said I deal with them in person and have not seen any problems.

I bought a set of s15 seats from them. Communication was very good, even when orders had gotten mixed up and I received tires & rims on accident. Jeff's quick response and fixing of the problem was appreciated.
