i took off the black trim molding stickers off the front bumpers, doors, rockers but when it came down to peeling the rear bumper one off the sticker peeled but left all this gooey residue type crap underneath. now it still looks like the trim is there just without the shiny top surface. what would take this off? bug and tar remover? goo gone? and what kind of tool can i use without messing up the paint?

i was thinking of using a heat gun or blow dryer to heat up the goo then just scraping it off carefully with a blade
