I just installed one yesterday, and initially it was very difficult to put into gear. The clutch pedal was also engaging right off the floor. I adjusted the clutch pedal and it solved the difficult gear engagment issue.

did you replace the salve cylinder along the tranny when you changed the clutch? that is always a recommended upgrade especially when going to a stronger aftermarket clutch.
