Just completed a dry compression test, here are the simple findings.

1 = 175
2 = 170
3 = 170
4 = 170

Complete motorset already wired for 88,89 s13 - plug-n-play.

Includes new valve cover gasket - not installed yet.
Also includes new stainless steel coolant in line to turbo.
Turbo has been replaced (with another stock s13 turbo).
I drove it about 10-12k miles while it was in my car. Took it to the drags once (with old turbo) 14.2 if you care.
Vision Clutch (pretty stiff, but not a pain to drive in traffic) installed within the last 3k miles.
Never taken to the track otherwise.
Never hit the revlimiter.
Stock IC w/piping.

You will need to purchase a CAS (crank angle sensor - ~$200) and some form of intake - my HKS and the CAS were the only things damaged in the accident.

This engine always ran very smooth.

Only reason I am selling this is because I don't have enough money for another shell - I had to use money from parts already sold to buy a 91 civic hatch (dx). Yes, I am a traitor and am leaving all you lucky ass nissan bastards.

So please please help me out and buy my motor - I need to replace the engine in the honda (only getting a d15 vtec for those of you who care - a measly 130hp - up from 90 though!) $295 - yeah!

If you have questions or want to go see it or buy it, please buy Victor @ 415.497.5324 (he was the one driving)

***EDIT***
I forgot to post the price - $1,700 obo

im curious about how the compression can be at lowest 170? From the factory it comes 156psi....a dry test should provide lower numbers than actual.....

The compression test is supposed to be done at 300rpm's. The motor is out of the car, not an easy task to actually get it running. So we just cranked it until it stopped, and those are the numbers we got.
