temp gauge wiggin out

95 240sx SE KA. everytime i step on the throttle the temp gauge needle wiggles dowards. i warm up my car 10 minutes daily until at the idel temp. any idea what's causing the wiggling.

My car just recently got over a problem very similiar to this. Whenever i would be driving over 2k RPM, the needle would bounce up and down until it finally hit the bottom of the gauge.

If your problems anything like mine, you probably should replace your coolant temperature sensor. I did that and the gauge has been steady as a rock since then.
