Just woundering if the 92-98 maf on the ka24de are the same through out these years and if they are interchangable?

No.

91-94 same.
95-98 same.

Yeah, the S14's were added with alot of more stuff for smog, etc from what I know, so the maf's are different. I'm you could use it, but I'm not sure what would happen. At least a check engine light I suppose?

No, you can't use it, unless you're running a AFC or something to modify the signal.
