DIY, or find some ricer shop that does interiors. But it'll prolly have neons and bright colors in the end.

go to a hod rod shop . they build dashboards from scratch. my friend got a REALLY nice brushed aluminum custom dash in his IROC Camaro

yeah man. its just alluminum sheet metal and pop rivets... only tools u really need is some sort of sheet metal bending vise, and some sort of cutting tool, and rivet gun.. by getting the brushed look.. im pretty sure they use a scotch pad..

Use fiberglass. I started one, but decided it was a complete waste of time...would have come out great though. Not too hard I guess...

yah I got a slush mold in my basement, I have been experimenting with TPO, becasue it resists cracking due to age unlike PVC based dashes, also allows for more complex curvature and such. shoot me a holla at (281) 330-8004
