Reputation, reliability, credibility is what I am looking for here, price comes 2nd in the consideration right now.

I want to rebuild my KA for turboing this summer. And I am looking for a shop in California to do this. Anywhere in CA, if they are good, I will drive. So just throw out some names and their location.

So far I am really interested at Top-end performance.

I know a really good shop in the Bay Area called Hasselegren. They make Toyota's Atlantic Series motors and shit. Heres a link http://www.hasselgren.com/

keep it coming. I will go to all of them to checkout and ask for quote and compare them. If this is an All nissan shop that would be better cause they have experience in Nissan engines you know. Specializing blah blah.

The most notorious shop in Antioch, Cali is Rebello Racing, 30 miles out of the greater SanFransisco Bay Area. Honestly no one comes close to there reputation. The make some of the worlds overly built USDM KA's, and L series engines. They charge anywhere from $2000 to $4000 for an overly built N/A. Or $3000 to $10,000 for a power boosted monster F/I.
I think there address is www.RebelloRacing.com

Top End built my L28 stroker about 8 years ago. Still runs great (though needs massive tuning at the moment).

Seriously not to bash on onetongarage. But you guys don't seem very professional. Browsing through the site, makes me wonder if this is a team or a shop.

I am seriously considering Top-end. The only draw back is Top-end is in socal and I am gonna be in norcal this summer. I am gonna call them tomorrow.
