Zenki Fog Lights (Need wiring help)

These were the directions that Russ gave me and the pics are of what I have done.

"Go under the hood and remove the relay bank, it's clipped in at each end.

There will be four wires going into the relay, orange, green/black,
orange/black, and red/blue. Cut the red/blue down as far as you can
reach into the fusebox, leaving the relay side as long as possible.

Now, run that side (relay side) out of the fusebox and tie it to the
red/blue wire found at either the bumper sidemarker, or the corner
lamp.

The red/blue you cut is the feed from the headlamp lowbeam, it's
powers the relay coil. By going directly to either parking lamp you
use that as a feed."

The fog lights do not go on. I even switched the source to the side marker and still nothing. What could the problem be? Russ or anyone else, if you AIM, please im me at carlos1184 for quicker response.
